Keep in mind that this mod is still beta: So back up your worlds before EVERY update. Block deletions are very very unlikely, item deletions can be more likely, since when I misspell the internal name, I will change it when I notice it as English is not my native language, that would be German. Newer features will be available in alpha builds, more finished builds will be beta.
