Changes Ornate 5 Re-resurrected Core Texture Pack 1.8.3

[New Stuff]

- added W.I.P. Banners (ATM just in 128px resolution – placeholders)

[Edited]

- adjusted the color of the Mojang Logo upon starting up MC

- added several splash texts
- altered the Ornate language file (added several new in-game names for Items, Blocks and Menu,…)

[Fixed]

- Updated the Icons.png, Widgets.png with the latest additions added in MC 1.8+
- Added missing icons for Absorbtion and adjusted the positions and colors
- Updated the Language file to MC 1.8 (X_x over 2660 of code lines added and compared to prevent overwritting of custom language… TWICE x_x)
